Reversed meaning
Reversed, assistance may be becoming available or an access barrier may be easing. Verify what is actually offered and how to obtain it.

Ask the organiser whether tools can be borrowed, shared during class or substituted. Explain the specific barrier rather than apologising for not owning them. If there is no accessible arrangement, consider another class. The window is a prompt to investigate support, not proof that help was available and you failed to notice it.
Change the position
As Advice, identify a concrete need and relevant support. As Obstacle, an exclusionary arrangement may need changing before participation is realistic.
