Reading tools and saved preferences
You can use the site without an account. The birth-card calculator processes the selected date in your browser. The calculator code does not send that date to a server or save the full date. It saves the resulting Life Path number and a timestamp in browser local storage so that the homepage can remember the card. Opening the updated homepage, calculator or one of the three reading tools also removes full birth dates left in the site's saved-card keys by the previous version.
Use Forget saved card in the calculator, reset the remembered card on the homepage, or clear this site's browser data to remove that preference. Questions entered in the Three-Card Spread and Yes/No Oracle remain in the page. The tool code does not save, analyse or submit those questions to us, and the text does not influence the random draw.
A sharing action you choose may pass a reading summary to your selected app or copy it to your clipboard. Your question is excluded unless you tick Include my question in shared text. Starting a new reading clears the current question and resets that option. If sharing and clipboard access are unavailable, the page offers selectable text for you to copy manually. The sharing link opens the tool; it does not store or recreate an individual reading.
Tarot practice progress
The five-card practice tool saves its current daily study set, which explanations you have opened, session position, completed cards, review choices and review dates under lumina_tarot_practice_v1 in this browser. The practice code does not submit this progress to a server or sync it between devices. It does not collect typed notes, personal questions or a birth date.
Use Manage practice progress → Clear practice progress in the tool, then confirm, to remove that saved progress. This action affects practice data only. If browser storage is unavailable, the tool keeps progress for the current visit and tells you that it cannot save it. Ordinary page requests and any analytics you choose to allow are covered separately below.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose Allow analytics. It can process information such as page addresses, browser and device information, interactions and cookie identifiers. Reports may be aggregated, but this does not mean that every piece of information processed by the service is anonymous.
Your analytics preference is stored under lumina_tarot_analytics_v2. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change it. Declining disables analytics collection by this site's tag and removes accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies. A change of preference does not erase information already processed by Google. You can also manage site data in your browser. The readings remain available if you decline.
Decide later closes the analytics notice for this visit without saving a choice or enabling analytics. Closing settings or pressing Escape leaves any existing choice unchanged. You can reopen the notice from Cookie settings.
A change made in another tab on this site also updates the analytics preference in open pages when the browser delivers its storage notification. Clearing the preference asks again with analytics disabled. Saved reading and practice data are separate from the analytics choice.
Advertising
Normal pages on this website include Google AdSense integration and may display ads when available. The page-not-found screen does not load the site's AdSense tag. Google and its partners can process technical information and, depending on applicable consent and settings, use advertising cookies to serve and measure ads. Advertising consent is separate from the site's analytics choice. Choosing Allow analytics does not grant permission for personalised advertising.
Where an advertising consent message is presented, use that message and its privacy options to manage the advertising choices it covers. You can also review Google My Ad Center and Google's explanation of advertising technologies. Requests made to an advertising service may include technical data even when advertising cookie storage is denied.
On pages using Google Privacy & messaging, Advertising privacy settings appears in the footer when that service is ready and reports that European regulations apply to your visit. It reopens Google's consent message so you can change your advertising choices. Other privacy options, including applicable US state opt-out links, are provided by Google's message when available. This site's analytics notice does not replace an advertising consent message.
Hosting and other services
Cloudflare delivers the website and processes technical request information, including IP addresses, for delivery and security. Google Fonts receives requests for the typefaces used on the pages. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy for those services' practices.
Retention and contact
Saved card, practice and analytics preferences remain in your browser until you remove them or the browser clears them. Third-party information is retained according to the relevant service's settings and policies; this page does not promise a fixed retention period for those services. If you email us, the message and your email address are processed so we can reply and follow up. You can request deletion of that correspondence by contacting us.
The site is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so the issue can be addressed. This policy may be updated as the site changes.
